Present Research Interests

Currently, our research interests lie in the areas of aerodynamics, vortex dynamics, turbulence, nano fluid mechanics, cell mechanics, cardiovascular dynamics and energy studies. Graduate students interested in extending our ongoing or past research must provide a critical review of one of our relevant publications as part of their graduate application.
GUIDELINES FOR CRITICAL REVIEW
In this review, the applicant is expected to not merely restate the given information but also analyze and criticize the results and explore how the topic can be investigated further. This will require the applicant to justify why any specific areas require further study and state how this study can be accomplished. Applicants must send their review to ifdt@uh.edu.
